For goodness sakes, lighten up! Is it suddenly a crime to have fun on the job once in a while? Congressmen are people, too, and like all people, they enjoy leisure.
If you want to condemn the Lousiana Representatives, then also condemn yourself the next time that you play a game on your employer's computer, or when you check up on Facebook during work hours, or when some of you pull up porn in a closed cubicle.

It's not like taxpayer money funded that rapper, he was invited to come and sing for Congress during downtime or an excessively slow day and recieve an honor.
