ReplyDeleteI believe that its imporant to see this video for what it is, a product of our environment. We as black people have looked at shades of skin forever and just because a guy and his friends want to exploit it, its a problem now? Blame society, but dont blame the artist. No one said ANYTHING about Wale making a song called shades, or any of the flyers you see for dark skinned vs light skinned parties. Its all about being in touch with who you are, and its for fun! Anyone who has an issue with that can fade to black
