Lil Wayne finally catches a break. While we reported that his tour buses were stopped after marijuana was detected during the stop, Wayne and the rest of the bus inhabitants were questions and there are still charges pending. While some received citations, Wayne was not among them. He's also scheduled to make up for the concert at The Laredo Entertainment Center tonight as he missed the original date last night.
