Cleveland Show coming in June...? Man im tired of hearin about this damn mixtape, its almost september n shit still hasn't dropped. It keeps on getting delayed and that makes me think it's probably not that good. Man Chip had the most promise of any young rapper out there, i used to put this guy ahead of wale, but some shit happened. Maybe it's the fact that whack ass cudi made it big with one song (Day n Nite) when Chip had tons of songs (Supa Swag man, do that shit, im fitted, etc) that were better. Whatever Cudi's on his 'im different' shit but when his album drops people are gonna recognize how his bein different just means he's a whack ass rapper, no one wants to hear about how sad n lonely dude is and thats what the majority of his shit is like. Chip's gotta get back to that flow he had on his earlier shit, it honestly sounds like he's just lost a lot of confidence. hit those beats harder dog, maybe lay off the ganja a little if u have to, chug a redbull before spittin i dunno. Im from the chi and i repped this dude so hard but with the shit he's been comin out with lately there's been nothin to rep. I can only hope cleveland show has got a few good tracks on it (like cant stop me had i know, dumb kush, and cant wait freestyle) that save his career a little. I just wanna see him succeed, and you can't deny there's a difference between his old stuff and his new stuff. And cudi's got a raw flow too him as well. i just think the sad n lonely stuff, which he does do a lot more than most rappers, is a little much for what i think rap is all about.
