I think he should. He destroyed Rick Ross, dropped 2 great mixtapes in less than a month, has a hit single with "Okay You're Right," and owns one of the most popular hip hop sites on the Internet (ThisIs50.com). Don't forget the new fragrance, book with Robert Greene, and album dropping in September/October.
Honestly I think he should too. He had strong singles, an ever popular site. The 1st MJ tribute that you were willing to post, mixtapes and he's on your most recent tapes. He's good. But we're in a time when there are finally a lot of good artist out there.
Are you kidding? One word...no? War Angel LP and Forever King were the hottest mixtapes to drop in a looong time! 50 is back on his old style, not trying to cater to mainstream audiences. I feel like it's 2003 again.
ok the discussion is "MC" not business man, and based on the criteria they used for the list last year they didn't give mixtapes to much weight. I woudn't call "Okay You're Right" a hit single either. I just feel their are more deserving artists that 50 based on the work they did. Now can 50 drop and sell close to a mill in a week..absolutely.
